werteloberfell have created the ‘basslet’, an innovative wearable accessory that provides an immersive music experience through the use of a haptic technology for sound. it recreates the bass frequencies of music in high fidelity and sends them directly to your body. sound and feeling become one experience: not only will you hear the sound – but you will also feel it, physically.

werteloberfell have created a unique sensory experience by combining two seperate fields into one single device. the gadget incorporates new technologies and manufacturing processes, into an experimental outcome which presents a new exciting language in which to be felt. the ‘basslet’ – which was developed by lofelt – is essentially a a loudspeaker component designed to reproduce very low bass frequencies down to 10 hz, so the user can feel the rhythm of the music pulsate through their body in accordance to the beat of the song.
