polaris slingshot 2018 models are road-legal trikes born for racetrack

first launched back in 2015 and then with new color schemes in 2016, the polaris ‘slingshot’ is a road-legal, absurdly powerful, open-air roadster designed for adrenaline junkies. in a new automotive photography series with gloss postproduction, alex bernstein captures the three-wheel motorcycle in its racing spirit, as well as its sci-fi-like appearance when amongst a city’s glowing nightlife.

gloss postproduction and alex bernstein photograph each polaris ‘slingshot’ model available in 2018, including the gray and green ‘SLR LE’, blue ‘SLR’, red ‘SL’, and the all-black ‘S’. each edition is customized differently to the others. the ‘SL’ makes a bold statement thanks to its eye-catching color that seems to glow in the dark. the ‘SLR’ enhances sparco racing components, an extra-wide 305mm rear tire, and 18-inch forged aluminum wheels to deliver an even higher performance. whilst, as well as the color-matching sport seats, the ‘SLR LE’ boasts bilstein 10-way adjustable shocks as standard in order to offer the perfect lifestyle ride. additionally, the series also documents the introduction of the ‘slingshot ride command’, which uses a seven-inch, multi-touch display to communicate and control music, vehicle information and navigation.
