NIKE and Hyperice have collaborated to create their boots and a vest, a series of high-tech wearables that can help athletes perform better during training and competitions. The NIKE x Hyperice boot is a high-top shoe that provides heat and air-compression massage for the feet and ankles whenever needed. The shoe has a system that evenly distributes heat throughout the upper part, helping to warm the muscles and tissues in the foot and ankle.

This helps athletes move better and recover faster. Testers have said their feet and ankles feel ready for action even before starting their usual warm-up. Athletes can control the heat and compression in both shoes at once with a button, or they can adjust each shoe separately. The shoes offer three levels of heat and compression, powered by a battery in each insole.

The NIKE x Hyperice vest helps athletes control their body temperature, something they couldn’t easily do before. Using technology similar to the Hyperice X devices, the vest provides instant heating and cooling without needing ice or liquids. This helps athletes warm up and cool down exactly as they need to. It also has an air bladder and pressure sensor that adjust to fit the body better, making the heating and cooling more effective and comfortable.

Athletes’ feedback is very important for improving the boots and vest. The design teams have worked with LeBron James and Sha’Carri Richardson for this series of wearable technology.
