Mini electric city car fits in tight parking spaces
ARK Zero strides as a mini electric city car that can sit 2 people and 1 dog inside its cute vehicle equipped with a rear camera for reverse driving and a sunroof for ventilation and natural light. ARK Motors has inaugurated its first electric vehicle with the UK as its pilot target country. Having tight parking spaces and road streets in the country, the compact car design of ARK Zero – which may recall the design of Citroën AMI including the new inclusive version – means it can speed away into narrow paths and rest in parallel parking with ease given its small size.
Since it is a mini electric city car, ARK Zero can drive up to 28mph maximum speed on its Lithium-Ion battery with 50.3 Miles (80.9 Km) range. The small-sized vehicle packs lots of punches starting with its own rear camera to help the driver navigate reverse driving in tight spots and some space or an extra seat for a furry family pet. ARK Zero is also a keyless mini electric car, suited for those who seem to lose their car keys every now and then. Top-down cars can compete as ARK Zero’s sunroof enables open-air driving and natural light at any time.

ARK Zero comes with aluminum monocoque body
ARK Zero from ARK Motors can be driven anywhere except motorways and certain high-speed expressways as the company states. Stepping inside its quaint cabin, the mini electric city car comes with Bluetooth connectivity so the driver and passenger can wirelessly play their music, use their navigation maps, and answer phone calls hands-free. There are also integrated USB charging ports to allow users to power up their devices and electronics on the road. A tablet-sized screen display is positioned above the steering wheel to flash the car’s info the feed of the rear camera.
ARK Zero is also built with a monocoque design, a construction technique that integrates the body and chassis into a single unit. The company states that the unified structure, which is made entirely from aluminum, can help improve the vehicle’s strength and rigidity. The outcome can provide an additional layer of safety to the car in case of road accidents.‘The robust aluminum body of our electric cars forms a solid protective shell around the driver and passengers, offering enhanced resistance in case of impact,’ ARK Zero team says.
When it comes to charging the ARK Zero, the company claims it is ‘as simple as plugging it into the same regular sockets you use for your toaster.’ The design team states that its mini electric city car is designed with user-friendly charging systems in mind so users can also charge their vehicles on the road, at home, or just about anywhere there is an outlet. ARK Zero is positioned to set a new standard as the UK’s most affordable and functional electric vehicle. As of publishing the story, the mini electric city car is priced at 5,995 pounds.
