microsoft’s ‘explorer‘ touch mouse offers both horizontal and vertical scrolling, as well as bluetrack technology for use on varied surfaces, to create a more versatile device. five customizable buttons on ‘explorer’ offer instant access to frequently used media, programs, and files.

boasting an 18-month battery life, the device requires a USB transceiver which can be stored in its base when not plugged in. a touch strip along the top of ‘explorer’ recognizes flicking and side navigation as well as up and down scrolling, while bluetrack technology utilizes a large blue beam and image sensor that permits accurate tracking on almost all surfaces. versions of the device are compatible with windows and macintosh systems.
