hasselblad has expanded its compact luxury line with the ‘stellar II’, a camera crafted exclusively for collectors and photography aficionados. the latest series of devices incorporates NFC technology and built-in Wi-Fi for intuitive image sharing on smartphones, tablets, and computers, and is offered in a selection of premium grips such as lacquered woods – olive timber, walnut, padouk – and carbon fiber. the 20 megapixel camera is paired with a 3.0 inch high resolution screen and handles HD 1080 video at 60p through a 3.6 x optical zoom sony zeiss lens. like you’d expect from hasselblad, the display also comes with an advanced anti-glare coating to increase image sharpness in high light environments and boasts a multi-functional hot-shoe interface for hooking up attachable flashes and microphones.
