google maps reaches new heights with views inside burj khalifa
google maps has reached new heights, literally, going inside the world’s tallest building to date, the burj khalifa, offering for the first time, views inside a building of this magnitude. using the google trekker, a backpack which allows you to go anywhere you want, it took approximately three days to document the entirety of the structure’s 163 floors allowing you, from the comforts of your own home, to experience aerial views of dubai at more than 838m above the ground, as well as interior views of the tower–from the outdoor pool on the 43rd floor to the 124th floor observation deck. you may begin to explore the burj khalifa on google maps here.
