google glass introduces prescription titanium collection and sunglasses

following up on google glass’ second generation augmented reality system, the san francisco-based search engine giant google has launched their latest collection of wearable headsets. the ‘titanium collection’ incorporates the newest hardware update, and features a variety of new styles. from the ‘edge’ and ‘classic’ twist-on sunglasses to the ‘split’ and ‘curve’ feather-light titanium prescription frames, the new roll out of designs also introduces five new color-ways. users with vision insurance such as VSP, are now also eligible for receiving coverage for their new frames. the new ‘glass’ unit implements an external mono earbud that replaces the preceding bone-conduction speaker from the first google glass iteration. current ‘explorers’ can access the ‘titanium collection’ starting tomorrow afternoon, along with the two new styles of twist-on shades.
