ahead of the paris motor show, ferrari announced the world debut of the 458 speciale aperta – a limited edition sports car which celebrates the success of the multiple 458 variants. available in 499 editions, the convertible ‘458 speciale A’ is the most powerful spider in prancing horse history. the drop-top roadster is paired with a 4.5 liter naturally aspirated engine – the most performance driven ever power-unit built by ferrari – which produces 605 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. thanks to its front and rear active aerodynamics, the new car sprints from 0-100 km/h in just 3.0 seconds.

the 458 speciale A’s sculpted forms are performance-oriented – a series of innovative and original bodywork solutions make the ‘458 speciale A’ the most aerodynamically efficient ferrari spider ever built. it has been introduced in a unique triple-layer yellow livery with a ‘blu nart’ and ‘bianco avus’ central stripe as well as five-spoke forged wheels in grigio corsa.
