narrowing towards its front, the low, elongated and aggressive form of the donkervoort D8 GTO-JD70 evolves upon the shape of their standard D8 GTO family. it references racecars of a by-gone era with sharp edges and defined air intakes placed along its body . the design is constructed from their innovative lightweight EX-CORE carbon-fiber technology, which limits its weight to just 700kg but is also super strong to meet safety requirements.
building upon its lightweight design, the car exemplifies the brand’s continued commitment to raw driving skill and unfiltered emotions. it purposely minimizes electronic driver aids to maximize the purity for its drivers, all whilst without compromising their comfort. users are left to control the super fast engine – an optimized version of the AUDI sport 2,5 liter five-cylinder turbocharged motor – that offers 415 bhp at the touch of its pedal.
