cranchi E26 classic modernizes yachting lifestyle of 1950s italy

designed in collaboration with christian grande, the cranchi ‘E26 classic’ yacht blends together traditions of pleasure boating with contemporary design. in doing so, the design combines a sophisticated style with a sporty character and performance, which is perfect for cruising on the sea or great lakes. measured at 7.85-meter long, it is also suitable as a superyacht tender.

reminiscing of the joys of boating, christian grande reinterprets this vintage lifestyle with modern traits on the cranchi ‘E26 classic’, such as the vertical steam and clear cut-off of the side windows. the wrap-around windscreen, as well as the full-beam, continues this balance of sophistication and sportiness. finally, it features a large stern sundeck and a teak foredeck that contrasts with the silver exterior body.

at the center of the yacht is a dinette that is served by an L-shaped seat and two seats, which pivot towards the cockpit or to the rear. the exterior’s clean lines contrast with the luxurious style inside. shiny and matte, rigid and solid materials akin the interior to that of a premium car or hotel room, where owners can stay comfortable for a night or two. the layout comprises of a cabin and a toilet.
