bmw‘s designworks teams has teamed up with virgin hyperloop one to create a prototype design for dubai hyperloop passenger capsule. the capsule’s debut marks the first time a full-scale hyperloop prototype has made a public appearance.

onboard passengers can expect heated and cooled seating, touchscreens for personal settings, and entertainment via built-in displays. the interior design is inspired by traditional arabic patterns which merge with a futuristic aesthetic.
once built, the virgin hyperloop will reach 670 mph for its production system, potentially traveling from dubai to abu dhabi in as little as 12 minutes. it expects to put the mode of transport into place in 2021.
