airstream presents ‘nest’ – an ultra-lightweight, 16-foot travel trailer that weighs just 2,500 pounds. in order to create the minimalist design, the firm decided on a molded fiberglass for the structure instead of using their signature polished aluminum. 
inside the trailer, you will find a tightly packed interior with room for a queen bed and small kitchen. according to the airstream, the new trailer was designed for those who ‘want the legendary design sense, quality, and sophistication of airstream, in a fresh, new package.’
‘nest is a product that conveys sophistication, simplicity, and upscale modernity,’ stated president bob wheeler in a press release issued by company, inc. ‘it made sense for us to partner and help bring this design to market.’
