Delivery
We ship our most of products around the world via DHL. The cost of shipping you have to pay depends on your country. Once your package is picked up by DHL, you will receive an email with shipping information sent by the DHL system. If we need to ship your package by using other shipping company, our customer service will contact you to provide shipping information.

Shipping cost and delivery time
Orders are shipped on business days. Holidays in your country might cause shipping delays. ChiHong products are all shipped from Taiwan.

Customs and import charges
Local customs and VAT/sales tax will be charged when shipping outside Taiwan. You might be charged for item values and shipping cost. The total charges will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or other shipping companies. We suggest that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to complete your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ChiHong.
