Spain and Portugal: 2-5 business days
We offer home delivery service for orders within Spain and Portugal. In case of any potential delays, we will notify you via email, giving you the option to cancel your order if desired. The shipping company and delivery details will be displayed during the checkout process.
Rest of Europe: 3-6 business days
For shipments outside Spain and Portugal but within Europe, we provide home delivery through a secure and fast service. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email, offering the option to cancel your order if desired. The shipping company and estimated delivery time will be detailed at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To do so, send a clear request to our support email, including your order number.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you decide to cancel your purchase after receiving your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please send a cancellation request to our support email, including your order number. For returns, ensure you include all original product elements and package them carefully to avoid damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DEFECTS
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing our support team with a description and photos of the defect. For defective products within two years from the delivery date, we offer solutions such as repair, replacement, refund, or discount. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving and reviewing the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If you fail to collect your order within the indicated time, you will be charged for shipping costs and a handling fee. This policy applies only to consumers and may be subject to changes.
