Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped to you via our selected shipping partner, DHL.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Worldwide we charge a rate of 21,12 USD.
Please keep in mind that our processing and delivery times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items purchased on www.fu-objects.de can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to the right of withdrawal in section #3 of our terms and conditions on www.fu-objects.de.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email about the upcoming credit. The refund will be processed promptly, and please note the following:
