the ‘precaria lamp’ by italian designer brian sironi originates from the encounter of two thin volumes made of marble that support each other,in a sort of unstable balance. an inverted l-shaped form serves as a base and encloses the LED strip, as a mobile rectangular surface adjusts and directs light in front or behind, functioning to diffuse light. when the light is positioned adjacently, it creates a wonderful effect: the marble becomes translucent.
