林檎×日常 by NONOKA YAMADA from japan
designer's own words:
I was living in Hirosaki until last year.
It was not until I moved out of Hirosaki that I noticed something.
It is that apples don't exist in daily life of areas where I moved.
I have taken it for granted that there had been apples in my daily life since I was a child.
But,this experience is very uncommon for people who don't live in Hirosaki.
In order to represent that "extraordinarily daily life ", I draw some scenes which apples merge into our daily life.
Apples are harvested people's hands, are given to many people's hands by people's hands.
We can see many wonderful movements in Hirosaki.
I put emphasis on that apples touch people's hand when I draw my pictures.
I think that apples are wonderful special product which snuggles up to daily life of people living in Hirosaki.
