YOUR GREEN IN PUBLIC TERRITORY
People do not live at home anymore. They live in the places where they work, study, shop, walk, wait, drive....... There is no reason the personal green is stuck at home, the green should go to where actually people live their life. This project is started with the idea that what if we can divide the personal green and insert them into our everyday life.
Let’s design ‘Semi-personal green’ in various public places.
‘Semi-personal green’ is personal green which is located in public territory. The authorities concerned select the spots which can be leased to the individuals inside of public territory. The interested individual leases the spot during a specific period and manages that spot as a personal green garden or any place related to green activities. The places belong to the each individual leaseholder only while the individual is using the place, otherwise the green place serves for public. This concept prevents tedious urban landscape and makes green environment which people actually enjoy.
