We suggest the plan to use the hidden wind energy under the ground.
It converts the wind energy generated when the subway train passes into
electrical energy to be used for electric power for several public facilities
on the ground.
Mega cities of countries well equipped with subways can meet the wind
tunnel to maximize their value. The wind tunnels installed in the mega cities
can supply a lot of public electrical energy needed by mega cities.
