The handle is made out of steel. It has a brushed effect in order to represent the texture of gushing water. The rose is designed so that the front part is connected to the handle and is detached 2mm from the back part. The back of the rose is mounted to the door via studs which are hidden by the front detail. The rotation of the handle breaks the rose into two pieces.
