Water Tree Tower by Peter Fritsch from slovak republic

The project represents:
-economical as well as ecological rational effort for the architectural and technical solution of the building,
-narrower symbiosis between the artificial city environment and the nature expressed with its unconventional approach of climatic and energetic concept
- free and easy switchover among the architecture , the body of water, recreation and sports.
The hotel is accomodated and linked directly with the body of water which is brought into the interior.This phenomenon enables the instant access for people to the apartments situated on the first floor.The most characteristic element of the building is its facade which differs in many cases from the traditional constructional ones such as its materials, layers of lateral area and its miscellaneous utilizations of illumination.
The double transparent facade with the natural physical interspace and its year-round open ambit with the effective height has a simple safety. In a specific distance, the inner facade is situated which is created by the freestanding practicable window element with simple glass. The full-area of the double transparent facade allows the air circulation in the interspace that is continuously open on the full height. The air flows in in the lower part and leaves in the upper part of the coat. This type keeps the noise away very well.
The double transparent facade allows the troublefree integration of effective antidazzling systems and protects from the wind. Besides, decreases the air blowing on the inner facade and increases the thermo-isolating characteristics of the inner coat. The power consumption of mechanical ventilation and cooling can be reduced at night, the air-flow behaves as a passive climatization.
There is a greenth designed in the interspace of the facade, due to the lack of free areas in the city surroundings, it opens the way to create roof gardens or vertical greenth, the systematic changeability of flora. The width of the double facade is adjusted to this curiosity as well as the technical safety. The selection of plants matches either with the ecological conditions.
