In narrow alleys, it has happened where hearing-impaired people or ordinary people are walking and do not hear a car approaching form behind. Because maybe they are listening to music and suddenly they are hit by a car.
This laser sign does not use sound only light which enables a walker hearing-impaired or not to know when a car may be approaching.
