The handle is composed of three different layers. The outside layer is made of a basic aluminum profile, the inside layer is a piece of American walnut tree and In between there is a cast of pigmented crystal epoxy. The inspiration for the way the handle was polished came from the wish to imitate the way handles are worn away by constant use.
