Tri handle by paul lanante from canada

My proposal for this competition was to create a prototype door handle first by sculpting the form out of clay, making a wavy three point triangular shape, then casting it in liquid plaster. Once removing the clay from the hardened plaster I let the mold sit for 24hrs then filled the mold with fiberglass and polyester resins. I coloured the resin black, sanded back the form a bit then resined the design with a blue coat of resin. I call this design the the Tri-handle (or Try-handle "the handle that's worth a try".
