TrashTable is the ideal desk for teenagers. At a first glance it looks like a normal desk; instead its top translates and rotates by 180° thanks to a simple but effective device. So the desk practically has two surfaces, which can be used in two different ways.
The two surfaces, in two different colours, detect and point out the features of teenagers’ double personality: during the day the table is a study-desk, while at night it is a party table, ideal to be used to have fun with friends.
TrashTable is a sort of provocation able to mirror the dicotomy of the human personality, which is especially evident during adolescence.
All that is stressed by the 180° rotation of the table top, thanks to which rubbish is disposed of in the bin which is hidden under the top.
