The pattern are came from braille.
A quality of product cannot only distinguish from sight. It can be notice by using all your senses.
The designer want to put the message: "Don't buy because it is "HERMES", Check by your own senses and feel the "HERMES" quality".
For the special edition, the braille, which is placed close to the brand mark, can be embroidered so that the dots become noticeable.
