tillus by rafael alonso from brazil
designer's own words:
Tillus is an automotive vehicle, electric, urban, compact, to use individual people moving in areas of heavy traffic in major cities. The shape is inspired by the nautilus, marine animal whose form is the shell that protects him. The front of the vehicle was inspired by the carapace of the armadillo.
It is a means of personal transport which involves the user and generates a sense of security as a "placenta", stressing that feeling, with the monitoring of physical and emotional conditions of the user, possible by sensors in the vehicle. You also have the option of autopilot controlled by GPS. Adjustments and estimates of mechanisms for adaptation of other electronic devices that the user will have like phones and mp3 players will also be available inside the car. The size offers greater economy, both in purchase and in use, and mobility within the city.
