Teenagers’ furniture must be, I think, anchored in their world and their culture. Then, why not to divert one of their personal and fetish object, to adapt it and transform it into a « cool » and fonctional piece of furniture?
A skateboard into a « coffee table», why not? It would become a real mobile and nomad table, adopting the skate-boarders’ way of displacement, as their philosophy of life, made of independence and freedom. All teenagers dream of that, don‘t they?
