The biggest waste in Korean home today is food waste. Our nation spends over 8billon per year dealing with this problem. Human greed for excessive amount of good creates pressure on our environment and adds to the pollution of our earth. A more reasonable consumption of food can help protect our environment.

Nowadays, when we see empty space on our plates, we think we need to add more food when in fact we don't. So I thought," How can we make a concession to our earth with every plate of food, like a tithe to the earth?"

This plate is the answer. Each plate has a raised center that will reduce the total volume of each plate, so that even though your plate is full, you have reduced the amount of food you're taken by 1/10th have paid your environmental tithe! Every time.

We use this plate we can feel good about helping our environment. And anther practical benefit is that it makes the plates easy to pick out for storage. The plate is very small but it will give the chance to help the environment, and you might even lose some weight too!
