designer's own words:
at the first look of the logo, you can see many things: a window, a door, a book or anything open at all. that's the intention of it, to show something open, to demonstrate that the door(or window) to your imagination is opened, and anything can come throught it. i wanted it to look abstract and solid at the same time, so the window looks like an sketchbook. the main concept is the window, but it can have many ways of interpretation. any person can see it and identify what the logo means. open window can also mean "oportunity". that's the essence of moleskinerie put into a logo, the way you can share your imagination with the world by opening your sketchbook and letting it come out.
