designer's own words:

“The book garden” is the shared green space for local communities, inspired by Simple Living Movement.
In 21st century, high-tech innovations that once threatened ecological balance, are emerging as a planet-saver.
Traditional publications have an adverse effect on the environment, can be replaced with digital alternatives.
However, it is critical that digital technology is the extent to more energy-intensive activities, requiring massive amounts of power.
The goal of this design is to develop local alternatives to future usability of books in a digital, networked planet.
The book garden, where donates, shares, and store the books, not only enhances environmental awareness along with environmentally suitable behavior,
but educates people that simple communal activities help reduce consumption of energy and goods without losing harmony between humanity and nature.
