A tool that belongs to the eastern culture existed in different versions and cultures, people used it as an oven that worked with a very special and simple technique...
It was built of local earth that designed to look like simple houses then.

In our days as a result of changing of lifestyle eastern People have forgotten the tabakh even never heard about it.. here comes the task of the new tabakh ... to remind people with the traditional tabach, with the tastes and fragrances of the past that disappeared in our time, In a new and comfortable version, which provides tastes and fragrance of the past.., with modern design and improved techniques that based on the same old technice, with an architectural language of our own time.. it gives the best results and serve people in the entire world "not only local people", with a more healthy and comfortable way in these days...

The inspiration source for designing the shape of the tbakh was mario's botta creation in Tel-aviv, Israel, The Cymbalista synagogue and jewish heritage center…

Answering the question how the tbakh works….there is the upper side and the stand .

The upper side contains main cooking place and the cover.
The main cooking place there we put the burning charcoal and above it we put our food we want to cook/smoke ,sometimes we can use spacer or ceramic gar "helping equipment" …we light up the charcoal until it's well burning then we put the food we want to cook above, then we close the cover.

The cover controls the heat inside the tbakh by rotating it around the main part it enlarge the space of the released smoke which increases the heat inside etc…

Between the main cooking place and the stand there r "the small windows", the air enters the tbakh from that window.
On the stand there is the grazing area, which must be cleaned up after 5 times of using.
The tbakh works place is out side home gardens etc….
