Almost every electrical appliance will stop consuming power only if they are unplugged, even when they are not in use, it still wasting energy. Even though we all know this fact, it is quiet annoying at pulling all plugs out every time. Therefore I suggest this switcher design.
This is a switcher to cut-down power automatically when it senses an amount of using electricity is under standard (when all electrical devices are in stand-by mode). It has a water tap shape as a metaphor which is electricity is not visible but important as other energy resources as water.
