swing handle by diletta linari from italy

This project is inspired by an old particular lever door handle realized with ceramic and steel materials. I have chosen smooth and linear forms to re-design and give it a modern look but still maintaining the chromatic contrasts. The contrast is still visible even though ceramic material is not used to produce its. The object is composed by spherical chrome and polish components and satin steel components. Priority was functionality, so I used smooth surfaces pleasant to touch and primitive shapes easy to produce. This handle is thin and elegant and can be used for both modern and classic doors.
