Superior Watch by Liz Vermoesen from usa
designer's own words:
Running is the most common workout of many people around the globe, but what if the most known accessory to running was more obstructive that useful? Wrist watches are great for everyday use, but when it comes to a vigorous workouts, the anatomy of a running watch does not allow the runner to maintain a focused and uninterrupted run. Keeping in mind the proper running form (arms parallel at ones side), normal watches demand he user to slow down, bring arms together, and press small buttons while still in a run. Superior seeks to minimize the amount of limiting motions a runner must put forth in order to tell the time and process the buttons.
The stainless steel watch head easily slides along, or off, the band. This gives the user the ability to customize the location of the watch head when on the band, while also allowing it to slide all the way off and be put onto other bands of different materials. Runners should not have to sacrifice their workout experience in order to conform to modern running watches. Rather, Superior combines comfort with customization to bring users a watch that satisfies their individual needs.
