"Station" - Mini Power Plant.
Collector of both wind and solar energy.
We are not using all the potential of our bright windy streets and avenues.
Imagine cities where urban furniture on every corner, functions as mini power plants, returning the gathered energy to the cities energy lines.
Why not collect both the wind and the sun light to our own benefit, decreasing the use of non renewable sources of energy.

The idea is to give an upgrade to conventional bus stops.

The project concept:
Take advantage of the space already occupied by public transportation stops, redesigning it to be also collectors of sustainable energy.

Materials:
Frame: Anodized aluminum.
Side - and back walls and bench: High Impact Polystyrene.
Roof: aluminum covered with photovoltaic panels.
Inside roof’s compartment:
Wind turbine, generator, power inverter, charge controller.
