The spiral is the base in structures as small as the double helix structure of DNA and as large as the spiral structure of a galaxy. We spin with it everyday without even realizing our movement.
It is a strong, dynamic form, fitting perfectly the tasks of resistance and strenght, beauty and mistery, science on the edge of the unknown:
in a spinning gesture as the one of opening a door through a handle, the spiral is what we imagne and mime more often.

Our Spira project is the exploitation of the beauty and functionality of this amazing geometric figure.
