This design is basically based on the solar light streetlamp.
It is designated for recharging from the sunlight when the sun is in the sky and working by the wind while the panel is leaning at a 45 degree after the sun sets.
The core feature of this design is the panel which will be converted into the shape of the propeller when it gets dark.
It is eco-friendly facility as it can be recharged by using the panel without other devices even if the sun sinks down,
