the concept addresses the problem of continuity of form. the key to the concept is using round edges so that the handle seems to be shaped by a continuous ribbon. this design explores the idea of a bent shape that deforms at the extremities due to the forces involved in the bending process. the manufacturing process may involve casting, sawing, grinding, polishing and anodising. the proposed material is anodised aluminum.
