Shosa 2K
Kimono x Origata x Leather Purse
“Shosa”- Wallet made from a sheet of leather that is folded like an ORIGAMI. We released “Shosa” several years ago and now, and this time, we re-designed the “Shosa” inspired by the layered collars of Kimono, and call it “Shosa 2K”.
Unique non-stitched design held together with one nut and bolt.
Inspired by “Fukusa”.(a piece of cloth used in Japan as a way of wrapping gift for celebrations). Designed with edge detailand a fold together “Origami” shape from ancient Japanese tradition. Originating from the “Shosa” (graceful carriage) style of “wrapping” expressing a feeling of gratitude.
Real Japanese leather made using a method that takes about 5 times longer than usual.
Sustainable vegetable-tanned leather.
Functions : Bill compartment, coin pocket and card slots. Size : 177mm x 95mm x 22mm. Weight : 200g approx. Price : 20,000 〜 24,000 JPY. Made in Japan.
