What would happen if modern communication methods were lost in a long distant relationship?
This idea sparked when my grandparents were telling me about the letters they sent one another during WW2.
They said that the anticipation of receiving a letter was unparalleled. I found that this ‘anticipation’ is lost with
our modern communication techniques. SenseUs is a device that both people in the relationship will own, the device
will glow once the other person has left a vocal message for the other person. However this message can only be heard
when both peoples fingers are on the device. When other are in contact they will be able to feel one another's finger, warmth,
texture and movement. This is thanks to flexible touch screen displays and Hapitcs technology.
Hearing and feeling one another when you couldn't be further apart has been brought a step closer. However the anticipation to
Communication has grown.
