Semaphore is a bicycle kickstand with in-built signal lights. Most accidents involving bicycles are caused by miscommunication between cyclists and the motorists. Semaphore aims to make signal lighting on bicycles less of a hassle by being self-sustaining. It converts kinetic energy from pedaling using electromagnetic induction. The kickstand also acts as a wheel lock, preventing bicycle wheel thefts and allow an easier bicycle locking experience.
