I designed a concept and packaging design for the Rwanda Coffee for effective advertising of the product and to create awareness of the cause”Save a Pygmy”. The packaging creates awareness of the issues faced my the pygmy tribe that need to be urgently addressed.The incomplete visual of the Pygmy men are completed as the coffee is consumed depicting your consumption is your contribution to save a life. I have emphasized on the fact that they are victims of cannibalism to bring attention to the seriousness of the abuse inflicted on these beautiful tribes. I have played with the word Cannibalism to bring forth a message “CAN I B ALIVE”
The back of the packaging briefs the consumer of who the Pygmies are and how their contribution would make their lives better.
