salute is a little aperitivo table with a very minimal typology. its function is to hold the drinks, the bags/handbags and the coats so that people are free to stand around, eat from their small plates and enjoy. salute takes up very little space but frees your hands and that is very pleasant. the inspiration was my love for the dynamic straight-from-the-office nature of aperitivo and the fact that you get a drink, a plate and you don't want to be forced to sit since you were probably sitting whole day. it also suits smokers who are forced to stand outside. salute could also carry advertising to make itself even more useful.
