the intention with 'refractions' was to create almost like an aquarium for the infiniti model g37 that highlights every changes in the surfaces of it. structure of 'refractions' consists of 28 (14 when cut half) laser cut acrylic sheets, lights in and beneath the edge of the base stand. Laser cut edges refracts the lights from beneath highlighting beautifully the curves of an infiniti car. it indicates the difference and movement between curves, forms, lights and hues.
