:rack rack on the wall . . . . , by daud taslim from indonesia
designer's own words:
"relax and easygoing" attitude is the impression this design wants to express, that is by leaning on the wall .
comprising of 5 components ie. the frame, the square rack, the backboard (each is foldable), the shelf and the footings, these could be sold separately encouraging teen users to do their own combinations as desired . one type of self-standing is created as an additional design in the form of double faced rack, which could also be used as the pedestal/s of a foldable put-on-board functioning as a writing table (wt). finishing could be in natural wood appearance or in multi solid colour .
with that specific attitude and the framed-mirror-like structure the title phrase of this design came up, hopefuly could support the catchy marketing publication . (or perhaps "on the wall - off the wall rack" is preferred?)
