The Arctic's climate is changing, with a noticeable warming trend that is affecting polar bears. The region is experiencing the warmest air temperatures in four centuries. Scientists believe that we have about 10 years before we reach the tipping point with global climate change—although it would take 30 to 40 years for changes reversing the warming trend to show.

In this poster, a polar bear which is well known as a coca-cola model, is drowning in the sea. This is a parody of “drowning girl ( by Roy Lichtenstein,1963). The original message of drowning girl is “I don’t care I’d rather sink… than call brad for help!”. I changed the hero character from the girl to polar bear to represent how our egotistical attitude of our society affects
the environment.
