Music is a favorite pass time for many - I wanted to alter how we perceive music during the time we spend listening to it.This gave me the idea of using the most common thing that we carry around in our daily life and I found out that bottle is one and by adding value to it the consumption of plastic throw away bottles will go down.The product concept is having a bottle in which you can play songs and you can see the music, instead of listening to it.
The product, the outer body made out of sound proof to allow no sound leakage and in it are sealed liquids of different densities such as lamp oil, vegetable oil, 100 % maple syrup, water which don't mix together. the liquids are died according to the color choices. The plastic used in this product is durable and non toxic which makes it user friendly and gives it longer life. The speaker is the main component of this product, the liquid are placed on the buffer and is tightly sealed, to prevent liquid leak. The speaker used is around 56 mm wide in diameter and 26 mm long, which fits the product architecture ,3 watt powered, 4 OHM which i felt is enough to product the range of vibration for the liquid.
The inner container is used for storing liquids, when it is filled the sensors attached at its base activates the product, seeming natural . If you are not in a mood to use the effect there is a off button embedded at the base of the bottle. There is a micro USB port at the base for transferring music files into Plop and for charging.
