the pesce hardware set combines sensuously curved recycled glass fused to a head of sculpted brushed stainless steel. the glass portion of the handle will be available in both a satin and clear finish
this combination of materials evokes the coolness and fluid shape of an aquatic being. the glass around the outer perimeter of the handle will be of fused glass sections that will give the handle an iridescent refractive quality like that of a scale or fin. this theme continues in the stainless steel ‘head’ of the handle which adds to the anthropomorphic feel without being literal.
the use of recycled glass allows the manufacturer the opportunity to utilize this plentiful reusable material with its silky cool texture and transparency.
the hardware can be used in both a left handed and right handed situation and is designed to be used with a standard rose and latch combination similar to many of colombos’ existing designs.
